The service

One payment purchases one automatically generated, personalized drawing based on a public URL you submit. We crawl and analyze that public URL only after payment. The result is automatically published; there is no preview, editing, or variant selection.

Only the 10 most recent drawings per site remain on the board. A later drawing retires the oldest active drawing. A retired drawing may remain available by direct link unless removed following a rights request.

Price and payment

The first 10 paid drawings for a site cost USD 9 each. Each later drawing costs USD 2 more than the last paid drawing. Retirement does not reset the price. The server-issued quote and Polar checkout show the price that applies.

Polar is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment, applicable tax, receipts, and provider-administered refund decisions. Payment sessions expire when Polar says they expire.

Immediate performance and refunds

Before checkout, you must expressly ask us to begin the personalized digital service immediately and acknowledge the consequence for any cancellation or withdrawal right where applicable law permits.

After the personalized drawing has been successfully generated and uploaded, we do not offer a refund merely because you changed your mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory rights, Polar's refund decisions, or remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charging, or content that is materially defective.

If payment is confirmed but delivery fails, do not pay again. Contact us on @Novembernine_ on X and include the drawing or quote reference, not card details.

Your submission and public result

Submit only a public URL. Do not submit credentials, private links, unlawful content, or material intended to bypass our safety controls.

You grant us the limited permission needed to crawl the public page, generate the drawing, store it, and display it publicly. You remain responsible for your submission. Rights holders may request removal; an approved request may remove the drawing and block future submissions for that site.

Availability and safety

Unsafe, blocked, inaccessible, or technically incompatible sites may not be processed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular artistic interpretation. We do not fabricate a successful safety verdict when analysis fails.

Liability and mandatory law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
